China's current annual consumption of coal thermal power of about 10 million tons of power plant emissions of smoke about 400 million tons, accounting for industrial soot emissions by 35%. Among them, the fine particles (less than 10μm) emissions by over 300 million tons,they are seriously harm human health.

The current increasing use of dust bag in thermal power plant , it can ensure normal production plant generators under the premise boiler flue gas dust bag, dust emission concentration less than 30mg / m 3 (coating process can be small to five milligrams or less), thermal power plants to meet the new standards and the total dust emission control requirements.

Boiler is divided into three types:

1、A layer burning boilers. Excess air introduced from below the coal seam, making the smoke contains large amounts of soot and SO 3.Small soot particles absorb large amounts of SO 3, easy to form acid condensation, should pay particular attention to filter media , we recommend the use of PTFE deep soaking.

2、the fluidized bed boiler Fixed fluidized bed boiler, the lower layer of air from the fuel entering the fuel layer,are blown to boil. Circulating fluidized bed boiler, a large number of particles from the air blowing off the fuel layer, combustion particles are separated from the material returned back to the separator chamber. All of the fluidized bed of lime are injected directly into the furnace to allow it in the SO 2 flue gas can be up to 90% off.Relatively low temperatures makes the No x concentration in flue gas less than other combustion.For its so good value for money, PPS as the best dust solution for fluidized bed boiler system.

3、the pulverized coal boiler Finely ground coal is fed directly into the furnace.Pulverized coal combustion in a suspended state, but did not meet the ash melting point.As a result, a lot of ash come into the flue gas, molten coal particles are solidified into a small spherical object state, and have very low carbon content. These small dust is difficult to gather, we recommend the use of ultra-fine fibers, it can filter fine dust surface, in the case of high temperature combustion will produce high concentrations of NO2 gas can test filter selection PPS, P84, or other high-temperature composite filter . In order to achieve the best operating results,actual selection for bag filters,should be based on the specific furnace, operating conditions, reference conditions survey selected PPS, P84, or PTFE filter.
